Every AXS frame begins as a solid block of 6061-T6 aluminum. A CNC mill carves the profile to exacting tolerance — the chamfered edges, the mounting recesses, the surface grain. Then a craftsman finishes each piece by hand: brushing, finishing, and inspecting under raking light.
