Every AXS frame is built to order and shipped insured from our Kentucky workshop.
Production lead time
Each frame is CNC-milled, hand-finished, and engraved to your configuration. Standard lead time is 3–4 weeks from proof approval.
We send a layout proof before production begins; production time starts once you approve it.
Shipping method
Frames ship insured via UPS Ground within the United States.
A tracking number is emailed when your order leaves the workshop.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the frame size.
Larger frames may carry an oversize surcharge.
International shipping
We currently ship within the United States. International orders are handled case by case — contact us for a quote.
Damage in transit
If your frame arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
