These terms govern your use of the AXS Innovation website and the purchase of custom frames.
Custom products
Every frame is made to order based on the finish, size, engraving, and photo you configure. Pricing is shown live in the configurator before you order.
Proof approval
We send a layout proof before production. Production begins once you approve it, and the finished frame matches your approved proof.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in US dollars and confirmed at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to cancel or refund any order affected by such an error.
Production and shipping
Standard lead time is 3–4 weeks from proof approval. Lead times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Returns
Custom orders are non-returnable except for defects or transit damage. See our Returns policy for details.
Intellectual property
All site content, designs, and the AXS Innovation brand are our property. You retain ownership of your uploaded photo and engraving text.
