Because every AXS frame is custom-built and engraved to your design, our return policy reflects that.
Custom orders
Each frame is made to your chosen finish, size, and engraving, so custom orders are non-returnable except for defects.
Defects and damage
If your frame arrives with a manufacturing defect or transit damage, contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll repair or replace it free of charge.
Proof approval
You approve a layout proof before production, so the engraving and layout you receive match what you confirmed.
How to start a return
Email sales@axsinnovation.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
