Lifetime workmanship guarantee
AXS Innovation warrants each frame against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.
This covers the structural integrity of the machined aluminum and the laser engraving as delivered.
Applied finish
The applied finish (Brushed Silver, Black, Tan, or Green) is warranted against manufacturing defects — such as delamination or adhesion failure — for one year from delivery.
Finishes are not guaranteed for life. Like any applied surface, they can wear, scratch, fade, or develop patina over time with normal use.
What's not covered
Normal wear, fading, scratching, or patina that develops over time on any finish.
Damage from drops, impacts, misuse, improper cleaning, or modifications made after delivery.
Making a claim
Email sales@axsinnovation.com with your order number, a description, and photos. We'll assess and arrange repair or replacement.
